What to expect when you work with me

No one size fits all

My approach is evidence based, and tailored to each individual baby and family that I work with. I will build your plan to fit and work with both your parenting philosophy and your baby’s personality.

Experience and Research

My practice is based on the latest paediatric research and guidance that I keep fully up to date with, coupled with my first hand experience as a Mum of two! I’m a fully certified Infant Sleep Consultant having trained with the award winning β€˜The Sleep Consultant Academy’.

Flexible approach

I am a strong believer in flexibility, and I will never ask you or your baby to spend all of your days near your cot. Out and about naps are important for everyone’s well-being and I actively encourage them as part of your plan.

On-going support

We will be a team.

I will support you as you implement your bespoke plan and continuously review your sleep journey to ensure we are on the optimal path for you.
